At Honolulu Pickleball Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
